Delayed / Non Delivery (Gift Products)

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address all items.

RedBalloon or our suppliers cannot be held responsible for any damaged, missing or delayed orders where incorrect or incomplete delivery details (address and, if relevant, delivery instructions) have been provided.

If delivery is taking longer than the estimated timing (as per the timeframe listed under the DELIVERY tab on the product page), please email us with your Order ID and we will follow up with the supplier on your behalf.

Charges for redelivery of gift products will be at each suppliers discretion.
